Evaluation and decision-making
Observe how history, examination, ultrasound, imaging, and patient goals come together in a practical treatment plan.
Clinical Immersion at Inertia Medical
Focused, in-practice observation with Jeremy Girmann, DO, RMSK, built around your clinical background, the services you want to offer, and the questions standing between interest and implementation.

What you may explore
No two immersion days need to look identical. The focus is shaped by the clinic schedule and your goals.
Observe how history, examination, ultrasound, imaging, and patient goals come together in a practical treatment plan.
Discuss setup, patient selection, sonoanatomy, needle approach, injectate choices, procedural details, and aftercare.
Explore the clinical and operational decisions behind treatments such as PRP, BMAC, and other orthobiologic options, including preparation, product selection, injection strategy, patient counseling, rehabilitation, and follow-up.
Review equipment, scheduling, staffing, documentation, pricing considerations, patient education, and the operational lessons that rarely appear in a course.
The opportunity
Musculoskeletal problems are already present throughout nearly every patient population. The opportunity is to meet that demand with thoughtful, nonsurgical care that many patients still struggle to find.
Joint pain, tendon problems, activity limitations, and age-related degeneration are everywhere. For many practices, the potential MSK population already exists among current patients and referral relationships.
High-quality, image-guided nonsurgical MSK care remains limited in many markets. That creates room to build a differentiated service instead of entering another crowded elective-care category.
MSK evaluation, ultrasound-guided procedures, and orthobiologics can become a valuable addition to a cash-based outpatient practice, with a clear patient benefit and less dependence on insurance-driven volume.
Patients may optimize hormones, metabolic health, body composition, and longevity, yet still be unable to train or move because of pain. MSK care addresses the physical bottleneck that can prevent the rest of the plan from working.
The goal is not simply to add injections. It is to build a credible MSK service with sound clinical reasoning, appropriate patient selection, dependable workflows, and treatments that fit the larger mission of the practice.
The format
Clinical Immersion is a customizable observational experience rather than a standardized course. You may request an individual or group experience lasting one or two days, with the schedule and areas of focus shaped around your goals, number of participants, and clinic availability.
Availability is limited and depends on clinic scheduling, patient mix, patient consent, and privacy requirements. Participation is educational and observational; it does not grant certification, credentialing, independent procedural privileges, or CME credit.

Pricing is provided after an initial conversation because it depends on the number of days, number of participants, and the specific experience requested.
CME credit is not currently offered for Clinical Immersion.
